Trying to get a prescription today, and instead of helping me right then and there since I had been waiting for my turn(already a long line), they kept telling me I’d have to get back in line and wait after for 3 -5 people in front of me before they could reprocess it. This is similar to the problems I have every time. I use to love this location but it’s gone down hill after a few years.

I used to LOVE this location. The staff used to be so friendly. After today I will be transferring pharmacies as I have never dealt with such rude staff. My mother had the same experience a few weeks ago, didn’t want to believe her! If you want a friendly experience, don’t go here until they clean house with pharmacy staff.

Gave up being on hold at the hour minute mark. No one answered the phone. Called the store using my wife’s phone and a store employee confirmed there were pharmacy employees working….

It's seems like the pharmacist here is always in a bad mood and often very rude. The staff seem unhappy working under her. Go somewhere else if you can help it.

Worst service, no one answers phone any more, I was holding for 45 minutes and still unanswered. Customer service is down the drain.
