I have been here several times, I had a procedure done and the staff was fantastic. They are very professional and the facility was very clean. I was coming out of my procedure when this other patient was having a problem.. She was rude and seemed to be on some sort of drugs maybe. The nurse was trying to explain to her that the doctor was doing a procedure and that he couldn't speak to her right then, the nurse was also explaining to her that her family wasn't allowed into the surgery area. Sad grown people can't act right in a public place. I just read that patients review, it couldn't be further from the truth. The staff at this facility is fantastic. Everyone is very kind and very caring. They prepared me for my procedure with care and knowledge of what was taking place. The procedure was a success as well and I am not in as much pain as I was before hand. If I ever need another injection, I will most definitely use this facility. Great patient care.

Dr Fahed and Dr. Nicole are very nice, anesthesists and other nurses too.... but the recepcionists and the secretaries are the rude and bad mannered..., they treat the patients like a ex-husbands or stepsons... they don't have a bit of service spirit and good attitude. The worst are Jessica and Janet.
If your lawyer send you here you are screwed up, but if you can choose another clinic, go for it.

This place is disgustingly unclean! The staff is rude, they refuse to answer questions about a procedure I was supposed to have done after they made me come in early so they could close. And then made me wait until 30 minutes after my appointment time anyway. The Director LeAnn, was the rudest of them all. Telling me that no one has time to explain anything the doctor is busy. Well if your sticking a needle into my back several times, I have questions and I require answers! Unclean and unprofessional facility! I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Please take your life and money to anywhere other than here!!

I love this place! The doctors are great and the staff are very professional! I have a discount card instead if insurance and they accepted it anyway. They did not charge me at all for my office visits and gave me a VERY steep discount on my spinal injections!!! I already recommended it to some of me family and friends who have back problems.
