Unprofessional staff, barely got back to walking after an accident. Their staff did not inform me, before driving 34 miles, I would need to have at least $100 to be seen today after billing all previous appts . Had I known this I wouldn't have even scheduled an appointment until I could get back to work. Foot has had abnormalities but staff says it looks normal, writes a script, and sends you on your way. More concerned with their liability over patient health. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Dr went overkill using 4 k-pins in surgery and set the 4th MT wrong. I have a knot behind the fourth toe in the ball of my foot but this is "normal" to feel like you have a rock inside your shoe. Wouldn't show me my x-rays either. First doctor to ever pull that crap on me.

Need ortho Dr.,but after seeing some reviews and coming by as a potential pt.,I don't have high hopes

Extremely Poor customer service. No one in this office returns phone calls, no one, believe me.
An answering service is used during working hours, all day long; unheard of. Evidently, either the doctor knows about this and is okay, with his practice operating in this manner, or he doesn't have the foresight to have the necessary controls in place to prevent it.
They provide inaccurate billing codes to hospitals.
I can only warn you, not to make this mistake.
If you are sick, you will be sicker, after dealing with the staff consisting of:
Monica - Officer Manager
Michael - Nurse
Really poor customer service, and I am not even holding them to a Sarbanes Okley (SOX) standard.
Stay away, if you don't want to be stress out.
