This is an AWESOME TEAM of Medical Professionals!!!! They are kind and show a caring attitude from the moment you call until the moment you leave their office. They work together like a well oiled machine. It feels as though each and everyone who works there truly enjoys it and it shows in their treatment of the patients they see. They made me feel like family not a patient. Their joyful attitude is infectious and their professionalism is above board. Continue to do the AWESOME JOB you all are doing!!! THANK YOU for ALL THAT YOU DO!!!

I found Dr. GAROUTTE to be kind and patient. He explained my test results and really answered and all questions I had and he did not rush at all. However, his front office staff is a different story. I have seen the Dr. twice and each time his front office staff has been curt, rude and unfriendly. The staffer at checkout is not helpful and became irritated when asked any questions. Her attitude is negative and I felt extremely uncomfortable because her facial expressions and deep sighs were clearly evidence of her unhappiness at answering my questions. Don’t be surprised when calling the office and are taken aback by the unfriendliness of the office staff. Nevertheless, Dr. GAROUTTE is a kind and generous physician and therefore, I recommend him whole heartedly.

Dr was great on the consult said they could work with me on fee. Desk staff did not call me back when they said they would. They did not work with me. They care more about money than me as a patient. Desk staff had no compassion at all! They provided no reassurance. All they did was give me more worry! All they care about is just money money money!

An amazing physician with a great personality. Quality patient care is his priority. Does not do any unnecessary testing. Great medical staff. I highly recommend him.

Recently contacted them for a records transfer. Was once again reminded how terrible the service was in the past. Back when I was a patient I showed up for an appointment and waited for hours because staff forgot to put me on the calendar. Wish I didn't have to deal with them again, they're the worst.
