I'm seeing Dr. Gull and his staff for allergy shots to hopefully cure myself of my numerous allergies. So far, the shots are going really well. Dr. Gull is patient and addressed every question I had. We talked payment and procedure, nothing was left out. And I never felt talked down to or like he was talking above me with medical jargon. The staff are all so polite and nice. I always sign in and verify my medication before receiving my shots. The process is quick, and I'm on my way. I appreciate the care and time they take with every step.
What I don't appreciate is switching after-shot creams without telling me for an experiment, despite my strict verbal instructions that I didn't want the new cream. I was notified last time I had my shots that they were conducting an experiment to see if anyone noticed a difference between the more expensive name brand and the regular cream. Well, I didn't at the time. But when I was talking to my partner at home about it, he told me my reactions have been worse and lasted longer in the time period the office staff mentioned. Gee, thanks.

We love going to Dr. Gull and his staff! They are one of a kind! My daughter got tubes in, they were so kind to us. They made my little girl feel so loved! They know us by name. Definitely the place to go!!

This was my first visit to his office and it was very positive. I have a few issues that I wanted to address and previous ENTs had been less than satisfactory. Dr. Gull and his team listened to my concerns and were very receptive, expressing a willingness to work with me and find the causes of the issues. We'll see how future visits go but for a first time, I was happy.
