Expensive procedures and then when you need YOUR RECORDS that you were charged to create, they CHARGE you a SECOND time to have then paid....PER PAGE! God forbid you move and need a surgeons or lab report

Mathew Walker is a great surgeon but OrthoVirginia is not a good business. Their policy is to charge you $25 for completing any kind of form! you pay and are told it will take 7 to 10 business days to complete. When other offices do not charge and offer several day turn-around, this is unacceptable and a sad state to know they are so desperate and greedy they have to make money off their patients to complete return to work forms.

I had several major ankle surgeries with Dr. Nordt, with whom I have been extremely happy with over the years. Very professional group and many locations. I highly recommend them. Remember to be patient when talking with the staff and understand they are extremely busy as well. Everyone's time is valuable, because we cannot get it back.

Had my MRI done here. After seeing Dr.G at the mechanicsville location. Very kind friendly professional lady at reception desk. Was in and out in no time . Had a great experience.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Irby for severe back pain and spasms. He was so passive and did nothing to help me. I wouldn't recommend his service to a stray cat. When a patient pays their co-pay and seeks care for severe pain...they should not be treated this way. Very unprofessional!!
