I saw Jeffrey Hamilton, PA. He was very nice and answered all of my questions patiently. I appreciated his knowledge on my injury and his honesty about the recovery time. The technician, John, was also very nice and was knowledgeable and confident in his job. The front desk staff were pleasant and the office itself was very clean. I was happy to see the COVID policies in place - it made me feel safe coming there.

On September 13 I experienced the worst injury of my life. I was blessed with being assigned Jeff Hamilton as my physician assistant. His ability to educate, care , and be a 24x7 support for me throughout pre survey and post survey was off the charts amazing. 11pm I text him, 11:05 pm he texts me back with a great answer and offer to talk more In the morning. The morning is on a Sunday. Jeff takes patient services to a level I didn’t think was humanly possible. He goes above and beyond as his natural way of supporting his patients. I am a few days past a month since the injury happened and I am so happy to say that pre surgery went great. Surgery went great. And 2 weeks post surgery I am off crutches and just a few weeks from no more brace. Jeff’s commitment to me and my health is all the reason I am where I am. I can’t recommend Jeff enough. He is a true health care rock star!!!!!

Jeff and the entire Ortho Virginia team at the Fairfax office are great! The experience from the front desk staff, to the supporting assistants, to sessions with Jeff couldn’t have been better from a customer experience. They do a great job of coordinating appointments, supporting questions on medications, and Jeff really took the time to clearly explain my injury, the approach to repair the damage, and then the treatment plan to recover. It’s also worth noting the My Chart ortho mobile app is really helpful and easy to use for filling out patient questionnaires, checking in, making co-pays, etc. I highly recommend this group!

I saw Dr. Andrew Parker. He was extremely nice, professional, and caring. He spend a lot of time with me explaining all the details and diagnosed something for me that was irritating me for months! It was a great experience for me.

Jeff Hamilton, Dr. Andrew Parker, and the team at OrthoVirginia as a whole are the gold standard in not only surgical skill, but in every step of the medical process. They make sure you understand everything, go above and beyond in handling logistics with insurance and schedules, and have shown nothing but kindness and good humor throughout my time with them. I’m very grateful for my fixed hip and for the staff that made it possible!
