I went to Barren Ridge for a free consultation, expecting a few guesses and to be asked to schedule a separate exam visit.
Instead, the owner took the time to examine my knee, explain the cause, and even provided steps to remediate on my own (it's a minor injury).
Although I didn't require any follow-up visits, Barren Ridge's integrity left me thoroughly impressed. I'd recommend them to anyone needing PT

I had right shoulder rotator cuff surgery on Oct 20th at UVA Outpatient surgery. I started therapy at Barren Ridge Physical Therapy 2 weeks later. I am now entering week 6 of therapy. I am moving my arm and shoulder without a lot of discomfort. It is a small business in Stuarts Draft and I highly recommend their services. The staff is very friendly and very professional. Anyone in this area that needs physical therapy I would highly recommend going here. I still have about 6 weeks to go, but I have confidence that my shoulder will be at or close to normal.
