Dr. Hartley is personable and honest. He was forthcoming about what my situation was and the way to resolve it for my best life moving forward.
I appreciate the outstanding work he did and the opportunity he created for me to continue achieving personal and professional goals. His staff is very accommodating and helpful throughout every process on every visit. I consider my self fortunate to have him and his team taking care of me and their efforts and results granting my a higher quality of life.
I was lucky to see Dr Klein for my knee pain. He explained the treatment plan thoroughly and performed a surgery on my knee. Dr Klein is one of a few doctors I have seen who took his time to answer all of my questions. He was a great help during a very painful time.

Dr. Aguiar replaced my knee and he was totally professional and a phenomenal surgeon. He is very interested in your recovery as well and not just performing the initial procedure.
I feel like instead of going to a professional doctors office I went to a used car lot and got a used car!!
After spending all the money that I paid out of my pocket and much more that my insurance paid, this doctor didn’t even spend five minutes with me he just wanted to sell the most expensive treatments and at the beginning he told me how wonderful these expensive injections are with a high success rate. after the third injection and spending thousands of dollars when I told him I still have pain and it’s even more than before he told me well it’s only good for 50% of people that’s not what he told me at the beginning when he wanted to sell. so if you have a lot of money that you don’t know how to spend go to this place because they’re going to spend about 3 1/2 minutes with you and charge you thousands of dollars with no result even the billing department is awful they will overcharge you and you have to call them few times to get things fixed very unprofessional altogether I will not recommend this place is a rip off.
On 03/22/2018, I broke my arm, ruined my face and hand, and scratched up my glasses after slipping on some ice. On 03/23/2018, I went to OrthoVirginia and was given a cast and some heavy Tylenol. The front desk receptionist told my mother and me to "come back in a week." Then, on 04/02/18, I returned to OrthoVirginia to get my cast removed and the same receptionist told me to "come back in a month." I called my mom up to the receptionist's desk and she got confrontational with the front desk receptionist. We were nudged around. Another patient from Front Royal also had his appointment botched up. They should've told me to come back in a month the first time we saw them or they should've honored our original appointment on 04/02/2018. We finally got another appointment at the same day but at a later time in the afternoon. That is unacceptable. Go to Town Center Orthopedics if you want to be treated with respect for any broken arms.
The person who replied back to my trashy review didn't give an Action 2 News WBAY to contact me on how the Famous Footwear they can better improve. That is poor customer service.
Update 2: I have filed complaints to the Fairfax County Consumer Affairs Division, the Virginia Department of Health Office of Licensure and Certification, and the Virginia Department of Health Professions Enforcement Unit since they still didn't give a TMJ4 to contact me about how the Red Robin they can "better improve."
