Needed 2 hip surgeries and Dr.peyton was reccomended.
Staff was not helpful. I was unable to bring my S.O. with me due to "policy"
She is the one who will be taking care of me. And it would be affecting her as much as myself. So i have requested every surgeon ive visited if she can come in despite the policy. Obviously maintain distance and wear a mask. No other docotors office or surgeon has had an issue accomodating me. They all understood. This office was dead set against it.
At the end of the day i cant trust a practice like this to perform surgeries on me if this is too much of a complication for them to handle.
The staff is a direct reflextion of Dr.Peyton and every other Dr. there. And because of that i reccomend you see someone else for your needs. Ill be going with Dr. David Johnson for mine. Him and his staff were excellent in every way and i have the utmost confidence in him.
The office personnel are kind and polite. They are a very knowledgeable practice, Dr. Peyton has an excellent bedside manner, he is straight forward and to the point. His PA Corey is excellent he also has a great bedside man or a d has great knowledge. My surgery went well a s my recovery has been excellent and I believe that is because I had the best medical team!!! Thanks I'm walking with no pain!!!!!
From a knee replacement (Dr. Peyton - "The Greatest" Orthopedic Surgeon!), Physical Therapy (All excellently trained in their field(s) and caring/positive personalities), and Lab Corp in the same building, this has been a wonderful one-stop facility to take care of my knee replacement and the months of Physical Therapy. Everyone was there with the same goal of getting thru the surgery, healing, and getting the best flexibility/pain levels possible that suited my lifestyle. They also coordinated seamlessly with my external Pain Management Team which helped me immensely to meet/exceed expectations. Highly Recommend!!!
Arthritis & Sports Orthopaedics in Sterling is one of the best healthcare facilities you will find. The doctors, physicians' assistants, X-Ray techs, nurses and other staff are friendly and always capable. I have used other places.
It happens that I sometimes have shoulder, hip and back problems that have to be addressed due to pain and immobility, including at times, surgery, and I have found the diagnosis and treatments at Arthritis & Sports to consistently address my immediate and long-term needs, and the medical staff make themselves available. I'm over 70, and sometimes with problems like this, the patient wants to see someone right away.
At check-in, people are courteous and prompt. They are respectful. Having worked in finance and HR for major companies, I could write a book on that subject.
Medical practice must be difficult. Practitioners have to listen to their patients and understand. Pain management is part of this. Appropriate surgery is another part. Being kind to people who are suffering is essential. So I strongly recommend Arthritis & Sports Orthopaedics. When you need this type of medical support, you need it.
Everyone is kind and caring. They work with you at your pace to solve your problem but know when to push you to keep the healing process moving. Best PT facility I have worked with before and after surgery.
Dr Peyton did my knee replacement surgery and he is amazing. I have more surgeries in my future and I will definitely work with Dr Peyton and his staff.
