Saw Dr. Zoller a few days ago for my back and neck that I’ve had issues with for years now. I had records sent over prior to my appointment that he very obviously didn’t review prior to my appointment based on the conversation we had and the questions he asked me. His enthusiasm is terribly underwhelming. He didn’t let me finish my sentences before interrupting me. I felt extremely rushed during the visit and I did not get a chance to address all of the issues I have with my neck and back. He did an X-ray of my neck and discovered some arthritis, his response to that was “it’s part of the aging process”. I am 26 years old... what kind of answer is that? He also did an X-ray of my lower back which indicated some sort of slippage issue to which his response was “my son has that and he’s fine” and “I know the guy who invented the surgical item needed to fix this issue and even he has it and he’s fine” then proceeded to talk to me about the extracurricular activities of the gentleman who invented whatever surgical item he was talking about. He ended our visit with “just because it hurts you doesn’t mean it’s doing damage” and while I can agree with that statement, he is not the one who is in severe pain every single day of his life because of issues that no “doctor” thinks is worthy of their time because of my age. I’m not asking for a lot, I’m just asking for this guy to do his job and help give me an idea of how to relieve my pain without eating ibuprofen like candy for little to no relief and he failed miserably at that. He’s an egotistical, know it all type of doctor who doesn’t care about his patients (or at least me) and needs to retire.

I had the greatest experience with Dr. Patterson. He did my hip surgery and it went great. He has very nice bed side manner. And is a terrific surgeon. I would highly recommend him.

Unlike what the situation at doctors offices usually is, this officers support staff are cheerful and effective. Sadly though this isn't enough to make up for the doctors themselves. In almost every experience I've had with several of their doctors they have come off as uncaring, simply wanting to rush you through the appointment as quickly and simply as possible instead of working with you to try and get to the root of the problem and achieve meaningful results. Maybe I've just had a bad sampling of doctors here, but what I've seen isn't great.

Eric Fisher and his assistants were skilled, kind, professional, and took such good care of my son. Thank you so much!

There is a big difference between WOA and most other doctor's offices, they are incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to help. From the moment you walk up to the check-in window until the doctor walks into the exam room, they provide great service and care. All of the medical staff, from nurses to the doctors, are some of the best in Winchester. I have trusted them with my health and they have never let me down. Oh if you see Dr. Zoller, ask to see his socks!
