Where to begin. I have no shame in saying I am an adult who suffers from ADHD and generalized anxiety disorder. It is far from ideal as the medication is controlled, but this pharmacy made the process unbearable. My insurance allows a 4 day window to refill this prescription. It has to be called in monthly and is already pretty inconvenient. However, this pharmacy billed my insurance, and then held the prescription until the 4 day window was completely expired!! This is very very distasteful to say the least, amongst feeling shamed for having been prescribed this medication. Remember, your pharmacy should be an EXTENSION of your doctor. They ARE NOT doctors, and should have no right to hold a prescription after the doctor and insurance have given the green light.

This might be the most rude and I professional pharmacy I have been to. As I was trying to explain something to pharmacist, she kept turning around making fun of me to her employees. She has zero knowledge of what she is doing and absolutely NO personal skills. I don’t write reviews often, but this couldn’t go unsaid. This woman does not need to be working with people. It’s bad enough we live in a world of bullying, but to be made fun of in front of 10 or so employees plus guests is sad on her part. Even the other guests were in shock. She is in the wrong field for sure. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Jackie Heller

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible communication. I know its Walmart, but its still a pharmacy where medication SHOULD be a priority

I first would like to say thank you to Kristen (5stars) for being really helpful today and adding a discount card over the phone for me so that my mother's medication would be affordable. Saved me a trip to the store just to check price. Giving a 4 star to store because everyone there is nice but yesterday I was at the drop off counter and my mother's meds needed a dosage switched by the hospital and was told to call them. I end up leaving and call the hospital and they said the pharmacy has to call and ask for change. So it just upset me that the tech could of just called when I was there and would of saves much needed time on calls turn around time. About time things were switched, the pharmacy was about to close and she had to wait till today to get her meds. Also, it would be nice if they added seating facing the line side so you can sit while in line. The line is usually long and most people are usually handicap in some way and it's hard to be in line for that long.
