Dr.Byrd is great! He absolutely will go to bat for you with L&I to get the best possible outcome for you. I appreciated that so much!! I had to have my elbow redone and part of a tendon from my wrist put into it.
My surgery was scheduled quickly after approved and I'm home now recovering. He has a wonderful personality and good bedside manner. The fact that he actually takes the time to listen to his patients and hear them is a blessing in itself. I would totally recommend him to get you fixed up!

The entire front staff to the surgical team are top-notch and on point. They make you feel very comfortable before you go in for procedure. Very professional. They were recommended from a colleague that had a procedure there and he was not wrong. I thank them for everything they did to make this stressful situation as relaxing as could be. Whatever they get paid it's not enough. Dr. McKay took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in a Layman's verbiage that you could understand. I highly recommend him and all of the Olympia orthopedic staff.

I was totally impressed from start to finish with everyone involved. From the front desk to the releasing nurse, EVERYONE was friendly and professional. Dr. Byrd struck me as a straight shooter right off the bat, and that carried on with every interaction since the first visit. Job well done ! I appreciate it ! I felt confident and assured, and all questions answered to my satisfaction. Big time kudos to all the staff !!! Cant say enough good things.

My grandson dislocated his shoulder. Olympia Orthopedics has been Awesome from the first visit. I wouldn’t want to entrust any of my love ones to anyone else. EACH contact has been kind and considerate at EVERY turn. Surgery is now done and we have the BEST medical staff still in our corner. THANK YOU SO MUCH 🥰

The whole process from beginning to end was wonderful! All staff and doctors were friendly and helpful. The building is very sterile, and everything ran smoothly. Thank you very much for the ability to feel great about what could be a very traumatic experience.
