I'm an active guy and go to the gym a lot (more than I should).. I came to Dr. Matt after receiving a spontaneous back injury while running. Devastated, Dr. Matt was quick to identify the issue and gave me the proper exercises to rehab. After following his protocol, I felt better immediately, and was reassured it was nothing major.
