Dr. Chang and his team are amazing. I am new to Washington and finding medical care to the extent that I needed was becoming an impossible task. I was finally referred to Swedish hospital (5 hours away from my home) and I am so glad that I was. My initial exam with Dr. Chang was so thorough and everyone in his office was so compassionate. Dr. Chang has followed up on my treatment several times and even spoken with other doctors on my medical team to make sure they all on the same page (when does that ever happen?). I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Swedish Pain services for everything you are doing for me.

These individuals will and do discriminate against patients they have never seen before,and will judge you based on your paper work with out even speaking to you first. They will proceed to refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor, and no matter how mature and professional you may be, they still are the leaders of snot grams, attitude and turning patients away for no reason at all. These doctors are what is part of the problem why there is over 25k pain patients suffering daily in pain while pain clinics such as this one treat patients that is so dismaying I hope they someday will have to explain to the federal government why they have such bias and discriminatory actions with out cause. It's not professional, and I hope they lose their federal funding with the many complaints filed threw the department of health. Under treatment is absolutely a reason to put them in front of a judge and I personally don't care how big their lawyers balls are, they will still get racked like a paper bag on a Sunday. Dr. Santos gave me a very thorough exam, listened to me and made a plan of multiple processes to go through to help with my back pain. Highly impressed with professionalism and no rush exam.

Careful going to this clinic. They are very shady about their billing. they charge a hidden $150 facility fee for every 15 minutes you spend in a room. They do not tell you this upfront, and the fee is not covered by most insurances. Big corporation... big scam.

I suggest, if at all possible, avoid being a patient here. Constantly have my appointments cancelled/rescheduled. Get the run around constantly. Don't get reminders about appointments, constantly. Calls are not returned constantly. Rather disappointed.
