My boyfriend and I have been shopping around at rings and I have a necklace from Fred meyer jewelers so we decided to check it out at the mall. There was a gal who greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very sweet and made everything little to no pressure. She never made us feel obligated to buy it or pressure us. She kept us updated on deals they will and do have going on and was very sweet and answered all of our questions. Her name was Noelle, she had curly brown hair and was super helpful the whole visit. She never made us feel like we were an inconvenience but was genuinely happy to help us. People like that are so hard to find in jewelry stores. Thankful for her and the overall experience.

We bought my engagement ring here, and had a good experience (which is why I'm going with 2 instead of 1 star) so we went back for our wedding rings. When it came to my fiancé's band, they had the ring he wanted but not the right size. Our salesperson said it would be better to just special order the correct size, so we did, a little over 5 weeks before our wedding. Before purchasing, we checked to make sure the ring would be in before the wedding, they said 7-10 business days, so we went ahead with the order; we were told we would get a call when it came in. 3 weeks later, we called to check in, they said they didn't have it, but were expecting a shipment that week. A week later we call in again, it still wasn't in, but they would see if it had shipped, and if not, would resize an in-stock ring; the promised to call back the next day. 2 days later, my fiancé calls back, they say the ring isn't getting in until after the wedding date, and they do not have the correct ring in-stock. They have offered to loan a different ring until the correct ring gets in. The lack of communication and promising something that they absolutely did not deliver on was completely unprofessional. I will never go back to them for jewelery again, will ask my future husband to refrain from doing business with them again.

Very reasonable prices. I bought my daughter's each a cross & chain necklace for Easter. They told me I would get free cleaning as long as they have them. I also dropped off a bracelet with a broken link. I was surprised to get it back so fast and as good as new. They even cleaned it and made it all shiny for me.

A pair of hoops I had gotten for Christmas snapped and I went in expecting the worst. However thanks to Dina the experience was a breeze. She was more then patient with us, helping us find a new pair and walking us through the exchange process. Will definitely be returning. :)

My fiancé and I went into look for our wedding bands we had Holly helps us she was so nice and helpful she gave us all the information we needed and helped us pick out beautiful wedding bands. Holly really made us feel comfortable she was really bubbly nice and she really cared of all of our concerns we had. My fiancé and I are really happy with the service that Holly provided for us.
