Before you go here, realize there are a lot of other places that will treat you like a patient and deliver a better price for the same basic services. You'll see the common theme throughout these reviews .. very poor customer service. Their price is also one of the most expensive in the area. Comparing a basic yearly checkup cost, it was almost double the cost of other places in the area.
Healthcare is already too expensive. Why pay more than you need to. Save your money and find a new care provider if your thinking of going here.

Overall experience was okay. I was 10min early for my daughter's appointment and still ended up waiting for another 25min to see the doctor. No big deal, I didn't mind the wait. The nurse was really sweet and helpful but I just feel rushed through her check up.

Worst most uncaring nurse I have ever talked to in my life. I am 62 years old . I called to cancel a same day appointment for my husband. He just told me he truly thought he was going to die. Seriously not an exaggeration. This useless nurse read from a scrip an had NO caring whatsoever. If I asked her to repeat a question she had a defensive tone of voice. No sympathy whatsoever. My husband just told me he wanted to die and all she said is are you going to a hospital. The circumstances of my husband are complicated this nurse didn’t care at all. She could have at least looked at his history on your computer. She didn’t tell me her name. In the next week my husband will most likely die. We are not being melodramatic. If you have a staff member who does not even try to help because i don’t follow her script then you are definitely not a provider I want to be with. And I will let everyone I know about this. I worked for a big company and I know the fancy way to spin things your way. I won’t accept any of it. Never ever would I treat anyone this way. I would NEVER treat one of my clients in such a cold and in caring manner. I would never have done that do a client of many. Not ever.
