My family loves this place! We've had so many horrible experiences in the past with dentists in Minnesota when we lived in the cities. My husband called around to get me in when my tooth cracked. River Birch was the 2nd call and they took me in. Now we are going to be life long clients. We love seeing Dr. Vargas, she is amazing! She explains the whole process and is so gentle. We recommend River Birch 100%!!

This place is a joke and adds accidental repeated charges to your insurance company and then when you max out your insurance they don't notify you "Like they usually do" and decide to turn into financial advisers and recommend opening up a Wells Fargo credit card and paying off the outrageous balance.Oh yeah, and just so everyone knows. If you are paying out of pocket, the regular cleaning is $395.

I am so happy I found this place. They have been amazing from the 1st phone call. Although my son is an adult, he is currently living over 2,000 miles away and has never had to deal with emergencies. Having a medical background, I knew him going to an ER, clinic, or doctor office would not fix his problem. They would only temporarily fix his problem and he would still have to follow up with a dentist soon. My son had informed me during the weekend that his wisdom tooth was causing him pain. I instructed him to pick up some orajel and to take ibuprofen and acetaminophen to ease the pain. By mid week, he said the pain was worse and was starting to make his throat hurt and swell. My son was miserable. He had also started working for a new company for a month but was still on probationary status. He was worried about taking time off. With his work schedule and the amount of traveling they do, the only way he would get to a dentist, would be on the weekend. He called me Thursday evening to let me know his employer had let them all have a 4 day weekend. First thing Friday morning, I started making phone calls. The 1st office I called, explained his situation, they had no openings. The 2nd office, River Birch Dental, explained his situation, and thankfully, they offered to squeeze him in to have the dentist asses his issue. I spoke with Ashley. She was incredibly helpful. I sent all of his insurance information and everything else they could use. She made the process so easy, and eased my worries by 95%. By luck, this office was only a 2 minute drive from where my son is currently living. He showed up, and from what he told me, the entire office was very helpful and nice. They let him know his worsening pain was due to an infected wisdom tooth, and that it needed to be pulled out immediately. They ended up extracting his wisdom tooth during that same visit. He was sent home with a prescription for antibiotics and pain meds. He is now starting to feel better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

What a great place! Family friendly, kind staff, and thorough work. I actually look forward to seeing my dental hygienist and dentist!
