Total confusion! From where to go. How to get there. And why your headed that way nobody including the staff knows. Had appointments made for me to see doctors that were retired. Was prescribed no longer available medicine. Had surgery and recieved the wrong discharge papers and wrong after care papers and was not informed of what all was done while in surgery. Didn't know if I had stitches or glue never seen surgeon post op.what the hell is going on at this place!!! I'd give negative5 stars if that were an option. Anybody reading this if your a lawyer do I have a case?

Call to check on my child gave them all info answer all there question I was directed to everywhere but to someone who could explain to me how her condition was it took at least 5 calls before I finally talk with the mother which I was also given the wrong phone number for the room. I was just at that point that I was thinking her condition had worsened, not a good feeling at all

Very good hospital vs the one in Wisconsin Rapids. This is our go to hospital in the area and as good as Monroe Clinic Hospital in Monroe, Wisconsin. Seems to get better services from a Clinic Hospital than a regular hospital.

This place has lost its care for humanity, and it's only focus is MONEY. My daughter had a horrible experience for the third time, and I'm sick of it. I won't go into details, but I will give a brief analogy for a better understanding of what's actually happening here. Imagine if your daughter was horribly sick with fluid in her lungs for weeks, she obviously can't get better on her own so it's time to administer antibiotics to help her kick this sickness. Not this place oh no because that would only make them 1000 dollars at best. How about instead they send her home to allow her to come close to death, then when she can no longer do anything let's hospitalize her for a week and make 100,000 dollars!!! Why cure anyone for cheap if you can make millions letting them suffer? We all have bills to pay, but dang this made me more than angry. Think twice before you go here for anything at all, and if at all possible go somewhere else where they care about you, your kids, and your family.
