There was a very rude receptionist that I had the displeasure to talk to when trying to book an appointment. I recently broke my foot and was bumped for a later appointment 3 days into the week. When I asked for a closer appointment I was told do I want the appointment or not, I have other patients to call. This certain receptionist that we shall call receptionist "M" needs to go to class for compassion training. I have worked with these doctors before as I am a nurse. You should NEVER treat a patient like this. The patient is in pain and needs to be put first always.

Took way too long. I understand if they were busy but they took people who came in later than us. We've been waiting for an hour. At least we know better

Excellent ! Dr. Buschman is an amazing doctor. His care, and concern for his patients are exceptional. I have been around a lot of doctors being in the nursing field, I wish they all cared for patients as he does. The entire staff are courteous and professional here. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a great Orthopedic doctor. See Dr. Bushman !!! You wont regret it!

First visit was very quick didn't spend much time with the actual doctor. Seems like he came in looked and left while the nurses did the majority of the visit. Upon my second visit they state for you to arrive early, in which I was 15 mins early. My appointment time was 11am and I wasnt taken back until 11:20. Someone came in after me and was taken back before me. If they are running behind they need to disclose such information. What if someone didnt eat before going in and had their blood sugar levels to drop while waiting an additional 20 minutes to even be seen.

My mother has been coming to see Dr Cincinnati for years A but over the summer time she fell and broke her wrist and unfortunately he was unable to see her so she saw another surgeon And for months she's been going in there and every time she leaves she asked them if she owes anything and they tell her no don't worry about it will wait to the insurance company pays well then she received a bill in November for $228 when she called to make payment on the bill they told her that it RI went to collections they're saying that her last payment was done in August but as she continued to go in prior to November they never questioned her about a bill which she never got until November and now they're saying that they won't see her because she owes them $228 until she pays that in collections she cannot make an appointment. My mother has always paid her bills and she received a bill from them prior to November she would have made payments on it and unfortunately she never received the bill until November and then it went into collections I'm quite sure that this is not the only person her that has had this issue with them So if anybody is reading this and has had that same issue with a billing department please speak up because I think it's unfair how can you go into a doctor's office and if you owe them a $100 they never ask you they just assume you got the bill in that you're not going to pay it and continue seeing you then get sent to collections no phone calls no nothing saying we haven't received a payment please pay on the account before we turn it over.. this office billing service SUCKS .. Employees only worried about their paycheck and not doing their Job
