Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable and personable. I received good care.
Cons: They did charge me up front for the portion my insurance did not cover, and did not inform me beforehand that they were going to do so. It was over $400 (and caused some "creative" budgeting in our family bills) but I paid it because I needed the procedure.

Waited 2 hours before seeing the Dr. When we asked why the wait, we were told an emergency came in. 5 other patients came in and were taken back while we waited. Only one doctor at the office.

Worst ever. Unprofessional. The Dr did surgery putting a rod and screws in my foot and ankle and the screws became loose and would not fix it due to being dropped as a patient for missing appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. I called and even went to the office and was still denied.

My name is Kelly. The staff was very nice and professional. I was seen promptly and treated with respect. The doctor who saw me was gentle and had a nice personality. She could laugh which is what I like in a person. She is also very caring. I would recommend to anyone this place. That is why I gave it 5 stars.

Dr. wasn't the problem it's there billing dept. that has problems. I go to my pre op appt. and they tell me I need $190.00 right then or my surgery was canceled mind you its 3:30 wedsday before thanksgiving . Number one I'm on a fixed income and they gave me no time to come up with the Co pay. So beware of the scam artist at this practice. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
